Q. I'm just curious as I have been looking around for a horse, just casually as I like to see what is available. And I was wondering what an appropriate age, or what age should a horse be started under saddle? I'm seeing many 2 year olds that have been started and are being ridden by children. I know racehorses are started young but what age should a typical horse be when you start it under saddle, getting it used to the saddle, and beginning to break him/her. Just curious. Thanks! Q. I took my car to CARMAX to have it appraised and received the total. The offer is good for 7 days. If a separate car dealer doesn't give us a good price as a trade in tomorrow we will take it by CARMAX and sell it to them. Has anyone taken their car back to them in the 7 day period? Did you have any trouble getting the price that they originally offered? Asked by murphy1620 - Fri Jul 11 20:55:23 2008 - - 1 Answers - 1 Comments A. I sold a car to Carmax and didn't have any trouble getting the price they offered. I had inherited this car and the title was changed over to my name. I did research on the car's value from Kelly Blue Books, Edmunds, etc. I didn't really want to trade this car in on anything, but I felt that the Carmax offer was better than a dealer would have given me if I had wanted to trade it in. My title was free and clear, so I was able to sign it over to them, and they cut me a check after a very short wait in the waiting room and no hassle whatsoever.
